First, my apologies to you and anyone who was unable to reach me in time to add their offer into the mix. This Englewood East Fixer Upper went under contract in less than 48 hours with fifteen CASH offers! My phone, text and email were blowing up non-stop. Offers poured in all day, night, and the next morning. It was beyond expectation and difficult to keep up. The Seller was extremely pleased to accept an above ask, no contingency, all CASH offer and we closed two weeks later! My customers count on me as their trusted real estate advisor to produce exceptional results. This was a fast paced, highly competitive situation and I understand not everyone will be happy with the outcome. And that's OK. *** My customer reviews can be found on my website***
